Over the years Enbi has built a strong position in data centers. We convert a wide range of insulation materials – PE foam, PET fleece, felts, bitumen sheets, melamine foam, elastomeric foams (such as EPDM, Silicone) – into custom-cut components for data centers and HVAC installers.

Our know-how is bonding precision-cut components supporting thermal efficiency, fire safety, airflow integrity, and noise control in data center environments reduce noise, limit thermal loss, control condensation and improve overall HVAC efficiency in data center environments.

Core technical functions:

1. Thermal insulation & condensation control
   Custom-cut elastomers and PE foam insulation parts for ducting, chilled-water pipes and cooling equipment. Solutions designed to help stabilize temperature gradients and reduce condensation risk in high-load cooling environments.
2. Acoustic absorption & noise control
   Melamine foam inserts, panels and duct liners for mid- to high-frequency noise reduction in AHUs, cooling units and technical rooms. Optimized for reducing airflow noise, fan noise and reverberation in server environments.
3. Vibration & structural noise management
   Polymer spacers and mounts to isolate fans, blowers, pumps and racks. Custom geometries to reduce structure-borne noise and mechanical transmission.
4. Structural damping for metal panels
   Bitumen damping sheets applied to ducts, housings and metal enclosures to limit resonance and suppress vibration peaks. Can be combined with foam / fleece layers for hybrid thermal-acoustic panels. 
5. Air-tight sealing & pressure integrity
   Polymer gaskets, frames and sealing strips for cold-aisle containment, cable penetrations, raised floor openings and HVAC interfaces. Maintains airflow balance, improves energy efficiency and supports containment strategies.
6. Fire-safe acoustic and insulation components
   Specific foam parts provide inherent fire-resistant acoustic absorption (commonly used where low smoke and flame-spread are required). Wide range foams available in fire-retardant grades depending on project requirements.
7. Fire-barrier & flame-retardant solutions
   Conversion of fire-rated foams, facings, and multi layer laminates into panels, gaskets or barriers for: equipment rooms, airflow plenums, containment zones, behind-panel protections. Custom-cut shapes ensure correct integration into fire-safety envelopes where required by local regulations.
