Enbi and its close partners Huch and Sonnenkraft designed and manufactured a 25,000 L tank that is used to store hot water.
The tank is heated by a wooden heating system. The tank is 6 m tall with a 2.4 m diameter and is one of the largest insulations manufactured by Enbi.
Peter Altreiter, Key Account Manager comments, "Enbi Linea was chosen for this application because the design provides a great combination of thermal insulation and structural stability.
Insulations of this size need to be robust but at the same time remain easy to install."

Why hydrophobic insulation is critical for reliable heat pump performance
As energy-efficiency standards become increasingly demanding, manufacturers must optimize every aspect of thermal system performance. Hydrophobic insulation offers a practical way to reduce moisture-related failures, improve winter reliability, and protect long-term efficiency. For OEMs seeking to differentiate their heat pump platforms, advanced insulation solutions are becoming an increasingly important part of the design strategy.
