Precision Gaskets & Seals for Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems
Gaskets and seals are critical to the safe and efficient running of HVAC systems. EnbiSeal products are engineered to protect ventilation and air-conditioning equipment against air, water and dust ingress while supporting long-term reliability in demanding environments.
Engineered sealing solutions for HVAC systems
Over many years Enbi has worked hand-in-hand with customers’ engineering teams to develop the optimum design for their applications using EnbiSeal engineered foams and molded rubber products designed to damp, seal and protect in tough applications. Flexible manufacturing and customization allow Enbi to deliver reliable sealing solutions where failure simply is not an option. Our material options include PUR foams (12–650 kg/m³), polyethylene, melamine resin, composite, synthetic EPDM and filter foams, silicone, heavy layers, fleece materials, self-adhesives and foil laminates in PET, copper and aluminum.

Frequently asked questions
Find answers to common questions about our gaskets and seals for HVAC systems.
Our ductwork flange gaskets are designed to achieve Leakage Class C or better when correctly installed per EN 15727. For high-performance systems, we can supply gaskets engineered for Leakage Class D (the tightest classification).
Yes. We offer pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing on all foam gasket materials, enabling fast peel-and-stick installation without the need for separate adhesives. Adhesive options include standard acrylic and high-tack variants for difficult surfaces.
We supply intumescent gaskets for fire damper assemblies and fire-rated ductwork penetrations. These products expand when exposed to heat, sealing gaps and preventing the passage of fire and smoke through duct openings.
Yes. Send us a sample or drawing and we will reverse-engineer the gasket profile. Our CNC cutting capabilities allow us to produce complex shapes including custom flange patterns and equipment housing profiles.
There is no minimum order quantity for CNC knife-cut gaskets. For rotary die-cut production (higher volumes), minimum order quantities typically start from 1,000 pieces depending on the gasket dimensions and material.
Material selection depends on operating temperature, chemical exposure, compression requirements, and fire safety needs. Our engineering team provides free material selection guidance based on your specific application parameters.
