Our presence in North America, Europe and Asia uniquely positions Enbi to access major rubber and chemical suppliers from all over the globe. Enbi develops material formulations leveraging virtually all types of elastomers spanning from commodity to specialty grades for highly specific applications.

Rubber Compound
Enbi has the experience and capability to design rubber compounds in-house. Most of our products are made with Enbi original formulations which are maintained in a central database, accessible to all of our development teams and manufacturing sites. The dedicated and experienced rubber chemists are responsible for all rubber compounds.

Silicone and Fluororesin Material
Enbi uses silicone, fluororesin coating material and PFA sleeves supplied by market proven US / European / Japanese top manufacturers for requirements of extremely high performance and specifications. At the same time, we have had years’ experience with local vendors in low cost countries to develop and implement in our products to fulfill needs from customers for high performance but low cost solution.

Polyurethane Material
Enbi uses raw material for cast polyurethane and TPU supplied by market proven US / European / Japanese top manufacturers for requirements of extremely high performance and specifications. At the same time, we have been working with local vendors in low cost countries to develop and implement in our products to fulfill needs from customers for high performance but low cost solution.

Shafts, Cores and SUS / PI Belts
Majority of Enbi’s products are rollers, drums and belts. Shafts, cores and belts are base structure to apply our specialty material to make our functional products. Enbi uses huge volume of plated shafts, SUS shafts, plated core / drum, aluminum shafts / cores / drums and SUS belts. Good and stable quality, and reasonable cost are required for these. Enbi has strong partners in our supply chain all around the world including low cost countries.

Foams and Fleece
Enbi not only uses PU foam materials for sealing and insulating applications but also EPS and fleece. We also use foam silicone and specialty elastomers for more technical applications like low energy fusing systems and electrically conductive image transfer rollers (BTRs).
